Lincolns Victory Gardens STICKNEY, 111., June 18.— One of the most interesting agricultural projects in the vicinity of Crete, 111., are the victory gardens flourishing at Lincoln Fields. Much of the acreage of this racing property has been placed at the disposal of residents of that community for gardening and a number of them have taken advantage of the offer of the Lincoln Fields Jockey Club. The association also has increased its agricultural pursuits, having increased the planting of its usual quota of corn, oats and hay.
