Detroit Chase Book Out DETROIT. Mich., June 18.— Racing sec-retary-handicapper Charles F. Henry, of the Detroit Fair Grounds, today released the condition book for the 1943 steeplechase sport to be conducted here. The first important event which will be decided through the field here is the ,000 Bloomfield Open Hunt Handicap, for four-year-olds and upward to meet at two miles on Tuesday, June 29.
