Ocean Wave Breezes Half Mile HOMEWOOD, 111., June 18.— Calumet Farms Ocean Wave was given his first breeze since arriving at Washington Park when he was sent an easy half mile here this morning. Under snug restraint he stepped the distance in :51%. His stable-mate, Whirlaway, also was on the track this morning, but trainer Ben Jones permitted him to make a long, gallop. He is to do more exacting work tomorrow or Sunday morning.
