William Shewbridges New Post BALTIMORE, Md., April 24.— William Shewbridge, paddock judge here, informed friends this morning that he had been appointed as steward representing the Randall Park Racing Association at the North Randall race meeting, which gets under way May 11. Following the North Randall meeting, Shewbridge will move over to Wheeling Downs where he will pick up his duties as racing secretary. Joe Mc-Graw, well-known in Ohio sports circles, will serve in the stewards stand with the Marylander. The third member has not been chosen as yet, but it will probably be some well known racing official.
