GUIGNOL pressed the pace through the first half mile, attained a commanding lead rapidly on the final turn and held sway thereafter. PILATES CHILD dropped far out of contention early and moved with a rush when roused, but could not reach the top one. SISSIE WES was always prominent, but was not good enough. PINE VISION loomed a serious threat nearing the stretch and faltered. SNOW KING II. was through after a half mile. BALCURATE held a safe lead after a half mile and quit. KARAKAL had brief speed. GOLD BOY easily wore down DUNDE, but was no match for the winner. DUNDE raced nearest the pace to the late stretch and tired. LITTLE BUNNY had no mishap. DISSIDENT was outrun. CAST OUT was through early. NOMIC, under steadying restraint while following the pace around the turn, responded to good urging and wore down SWEET BOBBY. The latter set the early pace, gave way to DARK BUCKLE on the turn and disposed of the latter, but could not resist the winner. CUBAN BILL broke tardily, lacked early speed and closed with a rush. DARK BUCKLE assumed the lead nearing the stretch and tired. ABBES FIRST weakened. CINDER FOOT was through after three-eighths. MAID OMINT showed nothing. BEST BIB was forwardly placed and appeared to run up on the heels of a horse, then bolted while being taken up and eliminated IF YOU and TRES CHIC. OKAMSEL sprinted into a commanding early lead, was well rated to the stretch and lasted while drifting out and weaving in front of GOLDEN ARROW. The latter was not hurried early, moved to the leader gradually and was unable to wear him down. RENO made up ground steadily and closed best of all. ARIEL SONG moved boldly to assume a slight lead briefly nearing the furlong pole and just missed under strong pressure. NEDDIECAN, shuffled back slightly soon after the start, took the overland route while rallying and hung in the drive. FALSELY had no mishap. THE DOGE showed good speed along the backstretch, but could not keep up. BUNGALESE set a good early pace, but quit badly through the stretch. Scratched 155043 Good Blood, 119. DRUM MAJOR, always forwardly placed and under mild restraint, assumed a slight lead soon after entering the stretch and outfinished BRIGHT ARGOSY. The latter was slow to settle in stride, saved ground to the quarter pole, was knocked back while lacking room, came again along the rail to reach the leader and hung. BLUESWEEP took the overland course while rallying and went quite wide entering the stretch. TURNABOUT was a forward factor to midstretch and quit. FAIR ANN set the early pace and quit badly.
