Limit Sprint Field Seeks Kent Purse at Ascot Park Cisred and Loose Horsey Assured Support of Fans at Ohio Course By WILLIAM PHILLIPS Staff Correspondent ASCOT PARK, Northampton, Ohio, June 2. — This pleasingly intimate six furlongs course settles into the first full week of a 43 -day summer meeting on Monday, with the schedule calling for twilight racings The post time for the first race on Monday and on all week days throughout the meeting will be 4 oclock, while the first race will reach the post on Saturdays and holidays at 2:15 p. m. Sixteen sprinters have been named to the featured Kent Purse for Monday, with the 10 horses permitted to start in the "about" four and one-half furlongs test placing the accent on speed. This race, will be presented, as the seventh race on an eight event program. I. G. Davies Cisred has a host of local admirers from her display of speed over this course in past seasons. Although she has not been seen in competition recently, Cisred has been training over the racing strip for a considerable time and she is reported in excellent condition. R. E. Spicers Loose Horsey is another who is well known for a quick turn of early speed and, like Cisred, he has been training over the local oval. They will likely receive the bulk of the wagering, although several threats are held among the others in the field. They are: ► Pair Brook, Golden Spear, Scarlet Time, Archmere, Simite, Sir Gamble, Summits, Buddy Son, Redeal, Peribow, Son Lee, Sir Fanar, Consequently and Talcum Spray. "
