Bell Good Riding Prospect ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, June 2. — Apprentice Richard Bell is expected to be one of the most active of the riders on the local scene. The tall youngster is under contract to the Bobanet Stable, but has been leased for the Ohio season to owner-trainer A. H. Livingstone. His engagements are being handled , by Eddie Haslett, who was forced to give up a saddle career due to his growth and is just now returning to the turf after completing a term of service with our armed forces.
