Quartet of Rulings Issued By Fairmount Park Stewards FAIRMOUNT PARK, -CollinsviHe, 111., June 4. — The following four rulings have been issued by the stewards here: "Trainer R. S. Byrum is fined 5 for giving cough medicine to the horse Big Bomber, Who was entered *in the fourth race Friday night, June 1, without consulting the state veterinarian or stewards. "Trainer Fred Lackey* is suspended for the balance of the Fairmount Park meeting for disorderly conduct detrimental to the best interests of racing. Trainer Lackey is also denied the privileges of the Fairmount Park race course during his suspension. "Valdina Disco, winner of the first race Saturday night, June 2, was disqualified and placed second for interfering with the horse, Oklahoma Time, at the finish. Jockey James Barnes, rider of the horse Valdina Disco, was held blameless. "Trainer Lyo Lee is fined 5 for not appearing in the saliva box to witness the test taking of the horse Reticule, winner of% the seventh race Saturday night, June 2."
