GEE 0 GEE assumed command in the opening furlong and drew clear to be an easy winner: HUMMY was always formidable and was easily best of the others. KISS ME QUICK raced forwardly placed for three-eighths of a mile and weakened. MORE CHEERS showed an even effort. SEA CAP broke badly and was unable to threaten while closing well. CAPRIOLE, unhurried early, responded to pressure through the stretch and wore down TURNPIKE. The latter, away alertly and steadied when outrun for the lead by DISKY, wrested command from that one in the early stretch, then gave way. BALLET held a forward position, but lacked a rally. DISKY attained a commanding lead along the backstretch, held sway into the stretch and quit. PAS DE CALAIS held a favorable early position, but could not keep up. JAZERANT assumed command in the opening furlong, was rated while holding a narrow advantage over HATTIE R. through the opening half mile, then drew clear to win easily. FENNY POPPERS could not match the speed of the top one, but lasted over GOLDEN FURLONG. The latter, sluggish early, closed with good energy. SIR HELIOS raced evenly. WAR PHAR, under steadying restraint while following the pace, moved well from midway of the turn and outgamed SEAFLASH. The latter, unhurried when outrun for the lead by ALA MOWLEE, ducked to the inside in the early stretch, bothering KORITZA badly, attained a slight lead and gave way. He was disqualified and placed last. KORITZA was running nicely when forced to take up sharply when crowded into the fence by SEAFLASH. ALA MOWLEE showed good speed to wrest command from SEAFLASH and drew clear on the turn, then gave way. BESIEGE was crowded slightly leaving the backstretch. SUPPRESSOR was outrun. SEVEN LEAGUE lacked a closing rally. VAGRANT CLOUD rapidly attained a clear lead, but was through after a half mile. POLLYS DELAY lacked speed to assume command and weakened steadily.
