Begin Making Plans for Fall Meet at Beulah Park Track COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 4.โ€” Plans and reparations for Beulah Parks 24-day fall meeting of running races September 8-October 6 are under way closely following the conclusion of the record-breaking spring session which ended Memorial Day. President and general manager Robert J. Dienst, highly elated over the manner in which central Ohio racegoers have endorsed his efforts, visited the Grove City course today and conferred at lengths with track superintendent C. K. Keller and other officials regarding the fall meeting. Never before in the history of Beulah Park was the competition so keen amorn the equines as it was at the spring session. , Only two hourses โ€” Gold Yield and Dawn Can โ€” won as many as three, races during ยป the 20-day stand. Al Wellman was the champion trainer with eight winners, but a number of other trainers, including Earl J. Bolser and E. G. Mahoney, were right in back of him. Billy Sackett was the top rider, followed by Budd Mills and Luis Rivera.
