Money Broker Decisive Winner Over Good Times at Detroit DETROIT, Mich., May 28. G and G Sta-j bles Money Broker sped to a popular victory here today in the four and one-half furlongs third race, decisively trimming six other two-year-olds. Responding well when set down by Tommy Barrow approaching the stretch, Money Broker coasted to the wire with a three-length advantage over his nearest rival, Theodore D. Buhls Good Times, who was five lengths on David Za-koors Teacher K. for place honors. Henry Forrests Uncle Fud, who displayed early foot, salvaged fourth money in the juvenile dash. A crowd of oyer 10,000 turned out for the mid-week sport, which was decided on sl good strip and under clear skies, Good Times had the highest speed to the stretch and, although the Buhl gelding continued determinedly during the drive, he was unable to withstand Money Brokers late challerige. Teacher K. gave a fair effort to get the short end of the purse while Uncle Fud failed to stay after he bumped with the victor at the final turn and was beaten off.
