Kirkland to Ride for Ross DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 28. Veteran jockey Arnold Kirkland and agent Gene Fisher were among those checking in for the Delaware Park meeting opening Thursday. Kirkland fared well in Florida competition late in the winter and later afc Garden State Park. Fisher reports that Kirkland has given first call on his services at Delaware to trainer "Buddy" Raines for Donald P. Ross Brandywine Stable.
