Jockey Mills Back Riding PORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, May 12 — Jockey Buddy Mills, who canceled his late mounts on Monday after being brushed by the inner rail during the running of a race, suffered no lasting effects from the mishap and was back in action on todays program.
