Seven Sprinters Test Speed In Ft. Miamis Fremont Purse PORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, May 12. — An allowance test for claimers who have never won three races in their careers honors the townsite of Fremont, Ohio, on the final Wednesday program of the spring meeting at Maumee. Seven sprinters will meet from the six furlongs chute with H. H. Haags Breach and W. B. Jones Plain Betty, probable choices among the expected crowd. Breach will be seeking his third straight victory at the track and will be opposed by Bit Again, Thomas H., Joe Close, Tagels Cat and Miss Curling in addition to the Jones filly. There are four winners in the field and the Fremont patrons, who are expected along with the usual mid-week throng will see an exciting contest.
