OFF AT 6:01 J EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall .gate. Won driving; second and third the same. ARDOCH was nicely rated within striking distance, closed resolutely when punished in the drive and disposed of ESPEDECO in the last eighth. ESPEDECO was lightly reserved contending for the pace, drew clear between calls on the final turn and held on fairly well. BERTRANDVILLE was snugly restrained and saved ground to the stretch, then came around horses and could not seriously menace. ROPE TRICK tired. TAPE READER was outdistanced early. OUR EMBLEM showed nothing. Attendance, 20,454; Total Mutuel Pool, ,963,314.
