Stewards Rulings AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 6. — The stewards issued the following rulings here Saturday: "Jockey Jack Keene is ordered suspended for 10 racing days for rouglf-riding, while up on his mount, Sir Dover, during the running of the second race on Friday, June 3, 1955. Jockey Keene will be eligible to accept mounts for June 21, 1955. "Jockey John Bellino is ordered suspended for 10 racing days for rough riding, while up on his mount, Sadee, during the running of the second race on Friday, June 3, 1955. Jockey Bellino is elibible to accept mounts for June 21, 1955. "Jockey Thomas Osment is ordered suspended for five racing days for crowding away from the gate, while up on his mount Sandy Red, during the running of the fifth race Friday, June 3, 1955. Jockey Osment will be eligible to accept mounts for June 14, 1955. "Jockey Buddy Mills is ordered suspended for 10 racing days for rough riding while up on his mount, Isa-prince, during the running of the seventh race, Friday, June 3, 1955. Jockey Mills will be eligible to accept mounts for June 21, 1955. "Maintenance man, Oval Clinton Simmons, is suspended for the balance of this meeting for touting. This case is referred to the Nebraska State . Racing Commission with the recommendation that his license be revoked and that he be permanently barred from all tracks in the state of Nebraska." WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, Ont., June 6. — The stewards issued the following ruling here: "Jockey Dick Buisson is suspended for five days June 8-13, inclusive, for careless riding in the eighth race on Saturday, June 4. When approaching the finish, he took his mount, True King, out, causing interference." FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 6. — The stewards here issued the following ruling dated June 4, 1955: "Jockey James J.
