PRINCE HILL, reserved far back of the pace, raced forwardly down the backstretch and continued strongly circling horses in the drive to win going away. OLD GLENDALE was snugly rated setting the pace, stumbled suddenly, pulled himself up at the far turn, but regained stride to hold sway into the final eighth and then tired. CANNONADE was under light pressure while being outrun and closed well in the stretch run. ASSUAN made up ground to loom a threat in the upper stretch, but hung.
