Grant Stalls to Three Emery Horses Named for Stakes ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 25.-The Arlington Park management, on the advice of its attorneys, has decided to accede to the re.quest of owner James Emery for stalls for three of his horses who" have been nominated to future stakes at this course and Washington Park. Emery has been a controversial figure locally.is "persona non grata" at Washington and Arlington, but is licensed as an owner by the Illinois Racing Board. The Arlington Park board of directors takes the stand that in accepting the nominations for Emerys horses, they entered into a contract with him and will fulfill their obligation. The horses in question are the two-year-olds, Soleros Dear and Miss Solero, named for the Arlington Lassie and Princess Pat, and the three-year-old colt, Dollys Rippey, nominated for the Arlington Classic and American Derby.
