Mrs. Hertz a Double Winner CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 5. — Mrs. John D. Hertz has started horses in the Kentucky Derby twice, and has won each time. Her first Derby horse was Reigh Count, winner in 1928 over the largest field that ever went to the post in this racing classic. On March 24, 1940, the best son fo the 1928 Derby winner was foaled at Mrs. Hertzs Stoner Creek Farm in Bourbon County, Ky. He was the second foal of Quickly, by Haste. The brown colt came to the races as Count Fleet in 1942, and won the Derby the following ear.
