Witchcraft Charge Thrown Out WILMINGTON, Del., May 2 UP.— A witchcraft charge against Mrs. Helen Evans, 23, was thrown out by a judge today as "out of keeping with the times." Judge Thomas Herlihy, Jr., said, "It seems incongruous that a charge of this nature should have been brought." Mrs. Evans was seized last March 13 on a charge of telling a woman that her handwriting indicated she was under a curse. Police said Mrs. Evans gave the woman a charm to sleep on and told her to return with 0 in a few days, at which time the curse would be removed.
