Kilroe Returns to Jamaica JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., May 2.— Frank "Jimmy" Kilroe, who will serve as racing secretary and handicapper at the Arlington Park and Washington Park meetings, flew to Beverly Hills, Calif., on Saturday night to discuss plans for those Chicago meetings with president Ben F. Lindheimer and reported back here this morning.
