DADE CURBS JOCKEY MILLER. Jockey Miller Is not the hero that he was early In the eastern season. A month ago he had a wild following in the ring and among the New York newspaperites. Now he is an ordinary jockey and several boys are estimated to outclass him. Starter Dade is said to have tamed him of his barrier beating trick and altogether the young man is not in the deep clover he was earlier in the season. Thursdays New York Sun says of the lKy; "Miller has not been able to beat the barrier oneg since starter Dade began work at the Beach. He is compelled to take his chances with the other boys, all of whom are treated with uniform fairness."
