Attorney Carroll Cook apcarcd for the defendants and secured a continuance for John Jones and John McKeon. two of the defendants. The other defendant. Prank OShea. remained in jail in order that Attorney Cook could secure a writ of habeas corpus, by which he hopes to bring tins test to an immediate issue in the Superior Court.
