COVINGTON VOTES TO ANNEX LAT0NIA. Covington. Ky..- J uly 12. A ripple of Interest has been created in sporting circles. The Covington city council has voted to annex the adjacent citv of Latonta. in which the Latonia race track is located. Covington, already the second city of Kentucky, plans by the annexation to make good its escape from the taunt of being the sleeping place of Cincinnati.
