NOTTER DISSATISFIED WITH GERMANY. New York. July 12. Reports from Germany are to the effect that the American jockev. Joe Notter. is dissatisfied with ids experience on the kaisers soil. Notter is willing to have bis contract with the Weinberg stable declared null and void. Should this lie agreeable to trainer George Walker and the owners of the stable, the chances are that Notter will return to this country liefore the end of the season.
