ENLARGE TIMONIUM PLANT Directors of Maryland Fair Plan 50000 Bond Issue for Track TrackImprovements Improvements This Year BALTIMORE Md February 8 Plans calling for an expenditure of 550000 in im ¬ provements at the racing plant of the Mary ¬ land State Fair and Agricultural Society Timonium Maryland will probably be car ¬ ried out before the annual Timonium Fair the first week in September SeptemberThe The old stands three in number are to be torn dovn and replaced by a modern con ¬ crete stand which will house the offices rest rooms and the mutuel plant plantTo To cover the cost of the proposed improve ¬ ments the executive committee has recom ¬ mended a bond issue of 50000 which will be offered to members of the association A special committee which has charge of the proposed improvements will report back to the executive committee February 16 16Timonium Timonium has been in charge of the pres ¬ ent management since 1918 Since that time improvements to the plant have cost about 5200000 The sixday meetings this year will open Labor Day September 3
