threeyearold supremacy here was further bemuddled today when Eulalia a recent graduate from the maiden ranks and since winner of a selling race won the mile handicap that featured in easy style and brought to the post threeyearolds ex ¬ clusively Behind Eulalia came Setting Sun and Blue Nose The latter coupled with his stablemate Brunell was the favorite over Setting Sun but Eulalia also came in for extensive sup ¬ port portLyke Lyke raced Blue Nose to the front with a rush attended by Setting Sun and Eulalia the others being far back Blue Nose con ¬ tinued in the van until the stretch was reached where Setting Sun passed him and seemed a certain winner but just then Eu ¬ lalia shot by frith a rush and won well in hand Setting Sun landed in second place with ease but Blue Nose had a difficult task to outstay Goldencrest for third place placeThere There was a return of summer warmth conditions here today and it brought sur ¬ prising improvement in the attendance and betting
