PROBABLE MARYLAND DATES Bowie Asks for Twelve Days DaysApril April 2 to 14 Havre de Grace Graceand and Pimlico Follow BALTIMORE Md February 8 The Maryland Racing Commission is expected to award dates for 1923 to Pimlico Havre de Grace Laurel and Bowie between now and the first of next month Applications of the four associations for dates are on file with the commission and it is considered un ¬ likely that there will be any deviation from these applications The spring dates re ¬ quested follow followBowie Bowie Twelve days April 2 to April 11 Havre de Grace Thirteen days April 1C to toApril April 30 Pimlico Eleven days May 1 to May 12 12Havre Havre de Grace has also requested fail dates from September 19 to September 29 ten days Laurel has asked for dates from October 2 to October 27 inclusive Pimlico November 1 to November 11 and Bowie No ¬ vember 17 to November 29 29This This leaves only three offdays October 2D 30 and 31 and accordingly makes no allow ¬ ance for Marlboro It is probable that the Pimlico dates will be shifted cither forward or back enough to give the halfmile track five days of racing
