TO REINSTATE REMY DORR Remy Dorr warned off the turf February 28 1922 for unethical conduct by stewards Mehle Smith MacFarlan and Holmes then serving as the chief officials at the Fair Grounds will be restored to full turf privi ¬ leges on April 1 according to announcement made by president John Dymond Jr of the Business Mens Racing Association The decision to reinstate Dorr to all turf privi ¬ leges after April 1 was made by the directors of the Business Mens Racing Association who met at the Fair Grounds after Satur ¬ days last race and functioned as a board of appeals The decision is said to have been unanimous
