RAILROAD FARE REDUCED Arrangements were completed this morning by Col. Matt J. Winn, managing director of the Lincoln Fields track, where the racing begins Saturday, whereby the round trip fare over the Chicago and Eastern Illinois railroad will be , instead of the ?1.50 formerly charged. General manager Ford and railroad officials have also agreed on a more speedy schedule than was provided last year. The arranging of tracks whereby it will be unnecessary to cross the roadbeds of several other railroads, which at times entailed considerable delay, has been done away with, and the running schedule to the track from the city will be in tho neighborhood of fifty minutes.
