Lord Dewar, from the very beginning of Abbots Traces stud career, has always had the greatest faith in the horse. Even when his stallion was standing at the i low fee of nine guineas he was being neglected. but Lord Dewar continued to patronize him, and now be has the pleasure of seeing his i judgment vindicated. There is no more prolific winner-getter at the stud today than Abbots Trace, and those who once doubted his future would be only too glad of the chance to send mares to him. But a short time ago Sunny Trace and ■ Jonahs Trace, both sired by Abbots Trace i and raced by Lord Dewar, completed a double for him at Lingfield Fark. Abbots Trace is the sire of Justice F.. which won the New Orleans Handicap and I other races.
