REIGH COUNT COMING HOME Will Leave Louisville for Chicago Friday With Other Hertz Horses Destined for Fairmount. LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 29.— As was announced exclusively in Daily Racing Form, the Kentucky Derby winner, Reigh Count, owned by Mrs. John D. Hertz of Chicago, will not be a starter in the Belmont Stakes on June 9 and probably will not be returned to competition before August. B. S. Michell, trainer and developer of the colt, this morning announced that the injury sustained in the Derby had so interrupted the colts training that it would be impossible to have him in condition for the Belmont Stakes. It is Michells intention to give the colt ample time to completely recover from the mishap and, while he will be returned to training just as soon as his physical condition permits, his preparation for a resumption of racing will be very slow. On Friday Reigh Count, along with Anita Peabody, which has been declared out of the Kentucky Oakes, to be run here Saturday, and other of the Hertz mid Lehmann horses in Michells charge will be shipped to Arlington Parte, Mr. Hertz, who was expected here this morning from Chicago, decided to cancel the trip whin in a telephone conversation Miehcll assured him that all chance to train Reigh Count for the Belmont Stakes had vanished. * .
