JIM BETHEL, on the inside throughout, found racing room in the stretch, closed a gap and finished fast. GO FOIN showed speed, raced close up and finished well. DOI.I.Y DUNBAR raced wide on the turns, Dsing nm. h ground and tired. JOHN P. tired. KNIGHTHOOD showed the most early speed and kept the lead well to near the last eighth, then lired and quit. HONEY FISH could not get through until in the strct.h. then finished fast. CAPISTUANO showed the most speed, and led to the stretch before tiring. CHINK ran well all the way, but wide on the turns. FICIIONNE xvas done in the last eighth. HAWKS began poorly.
