AURORA TURF NOTES ] ♦ — 3 AURORA, 111., May 29. An auction sale of horses in training is to be held in the paddock at Exposition Park tomorrow, May 30, at 12 noon, daylight saving time. Auctioneer W. S. Calahan will conduct the sale and the horses now up for disposal include Undertow, Bill Henry, Daw, Happy New Year, Big Ace, High Spot, Lady Or and others. A special and important notice was posted for the horsemen at Exposition Park today, reminding them that the time for scratches, naming of riders and declaring in "also eligible" horses on Wednesday, May 30, only, will De 8 a. m. It has been announced at Exposition Park that entries for the first days racing at Arlington Park will be accepted at the secretarys office at this track until 9 :45 a. m. Saturday. L. G. Bedwell entered E. R. Moorehouses good handicap racer Banton in the In Me-moriam Handicap, Decoration Days feature event, and reported that they were attempting to get jockey Leslie Pichon to come here from Toronto, Ont., to have the mount. Banton is stabled at Arlington Heights and will be vanned over to Exposition Park by Bedwell tomorrow, if he is a starter. Apprentice jockey Curtis Lindseth has returned to New York to rejoin his contract employer, Mrs. L. Viau. -— + . __ —
