TCHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES f * 1 LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 23. The stable of J. C. Milam, headed by the Collinsville Handicap candidate Lucky Hit, left tonight for Fairmount Park. Eleven others were in the shipment. Jockey A. Anderson leaves tonight for Chicago with S. B. Ott, who shipped the French Lick Springs Stable performers and several others to Washington Park. F. M r,uire departed for the same point with the stable of R. L. Rogers. Apprentice K. Russell left tonight for Fair-mount Park, where he will report to J. I* Brannon, his contract employer. *
