NEW OFFICIALS FOR DADE LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 23.— James C. Ellis, owner of the Dade Park race course, is a visitor. He stated that contrary to reports, there will be no change in the dates for the annual summer meeting to be conducted at Dade Park from August 24 to September 11, inclusive. "Plans for our meeting are going forward," said Mr. Ellis. "Even at this early date we have been assured of a number of large stables. Due to the conflict of our meeting with the season at Lincoln Fields, we will be required to make several changes in our staff of racing officials and announcement of officials may be possible within a short time."
