TEA CRACKER moved into second place after passing the far turn, overhauled the leaders and won going away. ALTAVAR showed the most speed and, taking a long lead, tired and was oul finished. PORT GAH, well up, saved ground and had no mishaps. LAKELAND, on the inside, saved ground on the turns MAT MAUONEY finished fast. MOLLY SETH tired badly. VITTORIA raced close up on the outside, held on well and finished gamely. STRAW VOTE raced well. BOO AN showed early speed, but tired. ST. MATTHEWS and MISS MILDRED showed early speed. KHARA raced NAZDAR into defeat, drew away into a long lead when entering the stretch and, taken in hand, held sway to the end and won in a canter. BLUE JOHN, on the outside, gained fast when in the stretch and outfiuished PRIMEVAL. The latter, outrun for the first half mile, moved up fast thereafter and outgamed SANTA SOPHIA. SANTA SOPHIA closed up giound in the final eighth. WEST IARK tired in the final drive. NAZDAR showed brief early speed and quit. QPfiQ FOURTH RACE— 1 Mile and 70 Yards out of chute. DUCK IT raced well to the stretch, then tired badly. WINIFRED quit. PAN-KETA was done after reaching the stretch. Scratched— 2S458 Brumfield, IOC. Overweight — Princely, 1 pound. DOWAGIAC broke slowly but quickly moved into the lead on the inside, set the pace under restraint and held SY MIHOICOSA safe to the end. The latter, closest in pursuit throughout, could not threaten the leader all the list quarter, but outfiuished the others. SOCIAL MUG raced well, but was hard riddeu through the stretch to outstay BUTTERED TOAST. The latter moved up entering the stretch, but came wide and hung on at the end. W ACKER DRIVE raced poorly. GEORGE STACK raced forw.irdly and took the lead when approaching the stretch, but tired. BILL SETH had no mishaps.
