■ I LAT0NIA TURF NOTES i _ $ LATONIA, Ky., June 22. It was understood here today that E. F. Pritchards good two-year-old Tannery will be shipped here from Fairmount Park for the purpose of filling his engagement in the ,000 added Cincinnati Trophy, to be run here next Saturday. The Le Mar Stables Morsel, winner of the Harold Stakes here a week ago, is expected to be returned from Washington Park to participate in the same race. The horses of C. C. and G. Y. Heiatt probably will campaign at the Empire City meeting during July. Trainer Steele will also take the stable to Saratoga if an eastern invasion is decided upon. J. J. Graddy and Andrew Leonard, racing officials, were among the Derby Day visitors from Lexington. Apprentice Kenneth Russell, almost fully recovered from a recent operation for an ear ailment, expects to resume riding next Thursday. Allan Gallaher. W. N. King and Harrison Simrall and Mrs. Simrall came from their homes at Lexington for the day. According to announcement made this afternoon, the stewards have terminated the suspension of J. Foerg, who was denied privileges on Oct 7, 192C. He was alleged to have indulged in touting. At the time of the action he was the owner of a number of horses. Maurice Welsh, who brought R. T. Wilsons African here from Washington Park, announced that the colt will be shipped to New York Sunday. Jockey R. Leonard, who rode him in his Derby engagement this afternoon, expected to leave for New York tonight.
