REST FOR WINDY CITY HOMEWOOD, II!., June 22— Trainer Jake Iowenstein stated today that the American Derby winner. Windy City, was over his ailment and showed no ill effects from the injured front leg after his workout Saturday. The colt will be rested for a time. "The colt had a hard campaign recently," said the trainer. "He was started three times in nine-days and inasmueh as 11m lilted leg prevented his starting in the Latniiia Derby I will continue his absence from racing for some time."
