MESSENGER TO JOCKEY BOWIE, Md., April 3. George Tass has taken over jockey J. Bethels book. Bethel before he began riding, was a messenger for the newspapermen at the New Orleans track. He is under contract to Louis Feustel and bids fair to develop into a first class rider.
