PARNELL BOUND LAME BOWIE, Sid.. April 3. Joe Edwards reports that Parnell Bound came out of his last race slightly lame. Parnell Bound is troubled with bad knees. The stable has decided to retire Opperman and he will be shipped to Long Island and turned out on a farm to spend the remainder of his days. Opperman has been a pretty good horse for the Sanford Stable and during his career was mnds the medium of several coups.
