REUTER SELLS TWO LEXINGTON, Ky., April 29. Phil Reuter announced this morning that he sold Best Balance and Colonel Seth. They were quartered at Wheeling. Best Balance became tho property of II. R. Allhouse and will be retired for breeding. Owen Pons purchased Colonel Seth. Apprentice J. Shaddy, who is under contract to Reuter, returned from Wheeling, where ha rode during the recent meeting. Reuter will van his horses to Churchill Downs Saturday
