TWO JOCKEYS PUNISHED BALTIMORE, Md., April 29. After the running of the first race the following ruling was issued by the stewards: "Jockey N. Huff has this day been suspended for the remainder of the meeting for rough riding." "Jockey R. Russell has this day been fined 5 for striking jockey Huff with his whip during the running of the first race."
