FA1RMQUNT PARK NOTES S COLLINSVILLE, 111., April 29. There was much hustle and bustle this morning with the arrival of several stables from Maryland and Wheeling. Racing secretary Julius Reeder is doing his utmost to accommodate those who were originally assigned and in cases where more horses arrived than were allotted stable room, his task was no easy one. The largest delegation arrived Tuesday when some sixty horses got in from Wheeling and Maryland. R. Pollard, with the good horse Uluniu and nine others, headed the list. Others coming from Maryland were Steve Judge with: Ormonbird, Water Lad Alex Woodliffe, Bub McFarlane, Belli Casus, Old Times, Vandal and Peggs Pride. B. B. Rice unloaded the following: Angel Bright, Theo. Rochester, Keehan, Tidy American, Mollie Hogan, Broad A., Sonny Fronk and Toltec. J. G. Demarest unloaded his string of ten which includes Extreme, . Agapanthus, By Product, Bright Flag, Wood River, Master Halligan, Flying Ambassador and Pheasant. O. Viau with four and W. J. Hughes with eight completed the shipment from Wheeling Tuesday. W. J. Potter unloaded eight Monday, which included Genuine and Bocaratone from Havre de Grace. Mrs. O. Clianey sent three and Joseph Leiter eight in the same shipment. The useful string of G. F. Jenkins who has been campaigning in Wheeling, arrived Sunday fourteen in all including Raucona, Thelma L., Crooning. Elfrieda G., Punkie, Dodie Leigliton, Plezall arid Play Hour. Two horses from Kentucky assigned to Dr. L. M. Holmes were unloaded Monday. They are two-year-olds. H. Fleming unloaded eight from Louisville, including True Boy, John Speed, The Stoic and others. J. O. Williams arrived with Louisville and Griff W. Frankie Seremba and Charles Graffagnini wired they would arrive here Wednesday morning from Maryland with their charges. Arriving Monday from Wheeling were the following in one car: J. R. Carlock, six; John T. Ireland, three and H. D. Cox, four. Ed Duphries, board man, arrived from Wheeling where he performed the same duties. , A heavy rain fell here Sunday which did the track a lot of good and prompted many horsemen to take their charges out of the barns. The track which is a combination ot dirt and sand, is much improved. Julius Reeder announces that he will open the secretarys office on Thursday to begin registering the horses on the grounds, which now number close to seven hundred.
