ANNOUNCE RAVENNA DATES COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 11.— General manager H. D. Shepard announced today that there would be a race meeting conducted at Ravenna, Ohio, beginning June 29, and continuing for thirteen days or more. Racing secretary W. R. Norvell, now at Beulah Park, will make up the book for the Ravenna meeting, which will be ready to be distributed among the horsemen in due time. Mr. Norvell says he has already received stall applications for 300 horses for the Ravenna meeting. When the Beulah Park meeting opens its gates for its fall meeting beginning September 5, for nineteen days, Wash Norvell will again act as racing secretary, returning to Toronto for the fall season, which gets under way early in October. •
