f AQUEDUCT TURF NOTES | « ® I NEW YORK, N. Y., June 16. Richard F. Howe, who raced under the nom de course of the Howe Stable, emphatically denied rumors that there would be a change in trainers in the stable. Trainer If. Talyor reported that Mokatam had gone slightly amiss and would, as a result, be an absentee from the Brooklyn Handicap. Maybe has been retired from racing. Owner J. H. Louchheim presented the horse to a friend and he was shipped to Philadelphia, where he will be used as a saddle horse. "Canada" Jack Atkin was an arrival from Bainbridge Park, Ohio. He is seeking some horses for the Rockingham Park meeting.
