SIXTY-YEAR-OLD JOCKEY TORONTO, Ont., June 19.— Jockey A. Fin-ley, who is riding at Dufferin Park, is without a doubt the oldest actively engaged rider on the American turf. He is going on sixty years of age. He was born at Covington, Ky., in February, 1872, and rode his first race in Kansas City, in 1892.
