Top Flight is quoted at 8 to 1, Tick On at 10 to 1 and Burning Blaze at 20 to 1. The figures of the more important eligibles follow: Horse. Odds. Horse. Odds. Top Flight 8 to 1 Universe 30 to 1 Tick On 10 to 1 Cabezo 40 to 1 Burning Blaze 20 to 1 Delivered 40 to 1 Sweeping Light... 20 to 1 Liberty Limited. ..40 tol Lucky Tom 20 to 1 Mad Frump 40 to 1 Burgoo King 30 to 1 On Post 40 to 1 Morfair 30 to 1 Faireno, Portden, Royal Duke and Camp Douglas are quoted at 60 to 1. The remainder average from 100 to 1 to 5,000 to 1, Flying Boy and Footpad being at the last-mentioned odds. NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 20 Top Flight, C. V. Whitneys great filly, and Mrs. L. G. Kaufmans brilliant colt, Tick On, are equal choices at odds of 8 to 1 in quotations against the one hundred and fifteen Kentucky Derby eigibles, as announced today by Thomas J. Shaw, nationally prominent turf commissioner of this city and winter book operator. From the Top Flight and Tick On quotations, odds jump to 20 to 1, which Shaw quotes against E. R. Bradleys Burgoo King and the Shandon Farms Burning Blaze, and in the next group, at 25 to 1 each, are Mrs. Graham Fair Vanderbilts Sweeping Light; J. H. Louchheims Economic and J. J. Robinsons Lucky Tom. William Woodwards Faireno, H. P. Head-leys Indian Runner and T. M. Cassidys Universe are at 30 to 1 each, and odds of 40 to 1 each prevail against On Post, stable-mate of Tick On; and Big Beau, also owned by Mr. Headley. War Plane, Larranaga, Morfair and Barcelona Pete are quoted at 50 to 1 each in the opening odds, and Bertjohn, Caracao, Microphone and Mad Frump are at 60 to 1 each. From the latter figure odds jump to 100 to 1, which is offered against each of the following: Gallant Sir, Portden, Delivered, Cabezo, Sekhmet, Proteus, Brother Joe, Snap Back Pro Bono, Semaphore, Scotch Gold. Cold Check, Towee, Air Pilot, Black Board, Minton, Liberty Limited, Border Warrant, Clotho, Stepenfetchit and Over Time. The others range upward to 5000 to 1. - - . 1
