PLANS DEVONSHIRE MEETINGS WINDSOR, Ont, May 18.— William R. Woollatt announced here tonight that he had completed arrangements with C. A. Pfeffer of Detroit for the lease of Devonshire Park race track here for two meetings this summer. The first meeting will be July 23 to 30, and the second August 27 to September 3. Arrangements for the rental of the Devonshire track had been held up for some time because of court actions involving the local track. It is understood that Mr. Pfeffer is now recognized as owner of the Devonshire course. Mr. Woollatt leaves today for Toronto to begin preparations for the first spring meeting at Thorncliffe Park, where he is president and general manager. He will attend the Canadian Racing Association meeting Thursday. ! — — — — — — * — — — — —
