JOCKEY RULED OFF THE TURF CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 13. Jockey W. Day was ruled off the turf today as disclosed by the following official ruling issued by the stewards: "For violation of Rule No. 205, of the rules of racing, jockey W. Day has been ruled off the turf." The application fo ra trainers license by W. J. Henfling has been held up for further consideration.
